I am opposed to this rule change. I do NOT want telemarketers calling me. I am still annoyed almost daily by the new telemarketers: my credit card company, which is taking advantage of our ongoing established 'relationship' to flood me with offers for God-knows-what. I think the rules should allow me to opt out of all calls, even from companies with whom I have a business relationship, unless it is about the status of my account.
