This would over turn many of the benefits of the "do not call list", one of the the most popular actions the government has taken to shield consummers from unwanted invasions of their time and privacy. It makes no sense to me (except as a cave-in to pressure from the telemarketing industry) and is one of the worst ideas I've heard of in quite a while. This NOT something designed to benefit the American people.
