Since we are the ones who pay for our phone lines, we the people have the right to block unwanted phone calls and inturusions in our life. No one should have the right to invade our privacy at home with a knock on the door and or a ring on a phone. We have the right to keep persons off of our property by putting a NO Solicitation sign up to ward off potential nuciences and the same should apply to the phone I pay for the bill I pay for and the minutes on every phone call I pay for. Leave the do not call option as it should be. A sign for no solicitation.
