I would be very unhappy if you let companies (even those with an "established business relationship" with me) call me to play recorded messages despite the fact that my number is on the do-not-call list. I feel that the blessed relief I have gotten from the constant harrassment of commercial phone calling is one of the best things my government has done for me. Please do not let the madness resume. If you do, I will know for sure whose interests you serve because there is no way such an action could serve mine.
