Comments:
Please do NOT amend the Telemarketing Sales Rule to allow prerecorded calls, as proposed. The proposed amendment would, if anything, make things worse than they were before the "Do Not Call" list went into effect. We are on the "Do Not Call" list but still get more marketing calls than I would like, and I frequently tell telemarketers to take me off their lists. Recorded messages are far more annoying than human calls, and there is no way to tell a recording to take my number off its list.
