|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:I believe that the do not call list should stay as is. Changing it to allow even recorded calls is again devastating our right to privacy. If you must allow recorded messages/advertising, than at least let them give only "1" message. If someone is interested in buying what they are selling, then let the individual make that decision to return the call. This would especially be more beneficial in satisfying the requests of sellers and better to give this a chance rather than opening the door much wider than it already is. Wouldn't it be wiser to give it a chance by easing in to it ? It is easier to open the door further than to shut it !
