I think that allowing automated calls to those who have signed up for the do not call list is a very bad idea. "An established business relationship" is too vague and can be streached out to include too many things. Please don't ruin a good thing by allowing automated calls. I am very pleased with the way things are working now and do not want it ruined by pre-recorded calls.
