I'm absolutely against allowing any form of pre-recorded message, even if I've done business with an orgainzation, to be used as a telemarketing tool. We pay for our phone service and deserve to have our peace and privacy, and not to be subjected to harrassing interruptions at all hours. This proposed change would be a huge step backwards, and the laws and rules that have limited telemarketing calls over the last couple of years were long overdue. I can't believe such changes are even being considered! Don't let the lobbying on the part of intrusive businesses allow the annoying practice of pre-recorded messages used as marketing tools!
