Please do not make it possible for companies to deliver "pre-recorded message telemarketing" to our homes. We have signed up for the Do Not Call List and do not want any more telemarketing calls!!! I answer the phone at work and these are a waste of time and tie up our phone lines and our time. We do not want anymore telemarketing calls at home. It puts the burden on the people receiving calls to "opt out" of calls they never wanted in the first place and opens the door to other telemarketing firms.
