Safe Harbor, as in effect today, has lead to the expanding cell phone business. If you meddle with the law, you will most likely kill the expansion. You folks are becoming as stupid as the FDA. First they allowed drug ads in 1997. Since then the price of all drugs are 50% higher. Next they allowed killer drugs, like Baycol and Vioxx, to be marketed. When will our gov. agencies learn, that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Please use common sense. Sincerely, Ed Gilmore
