Please do nothing to increase the number of telemarketing calls. Marketing over the telephone is a highly intrusive hijacking of a valuable resource. A telephone is a necessity in our society and letting companies abuse it reduces its utility and has a negative impact on quality of life. Please do not enact this amendment. Thank you.
