Comments:
I do not want pre-recorded messages delivered to my phone at any time. Please do not implement any rule change that would allow such invasion of my household, especially when I have already added my name to the Do Not Call registry. I do not like telemarketing tactics, and I have never bought anything from a telemarketer or as a result of their efforts, and I never will. Telemarketing, either in person or as pre-recorded messages, is a waste of human effort. I buy things that I need when I need them, not at the insistence of telephone salespeople invading the privacy of my home.
