Hi, Thank you for this chance to voice my opposition to any weakening of the law. As it is there are many scofflaws that ignore the no call law or get around it by using a recording to try to get the home owner to call a toll free number. I have had this happen as late as 10:00 pm. I value my privacy and don`t want the law diluted Thank you, Donn Bennett
