To whom it may concern, While I do see the concerns of the telemarketing industry, I feel that this loop hole undermines the Do Not Call Registry. I am certain I am part of a growing portion of the population that has a cellphone instead of a land line as their home phone. A call from a telemarketer or a prerecorded message still uses valuable, and expensive, cell phone air time. If this measure must be carried out, then I ask there be a "Do Not Allow Prerecorded Messages Either" Call Registry. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Chris Sanabria
