Do not alter the rules of the do-not-call list. It is working just fine right now with-out allowing pre-recorded messages to interrupt you at all hours of the day and night. They will abuse this change and people will end up with endless messages on their answering machines. Please keep my home free of tele-markerters of any kind! Yours truly, Kay Morgan
