BAD IDEA. As a citizen of the United States I vehemently oppose this ammendment to current Do Not Call structure. This is solely for the benefit of who, exactly? I did not add my number to the Do-Not-Call list in the hopes of adding a "maybe". Stick with the original plan to protect consumers and collar the telemarketers. NO MORE PHONE SPAM!
