I do not want any to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to me with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. If I am interested in any business' service I will contact them. This should included all land lines along with cell phone numbers where the public has to pay for the cell phone minutes used by these calls.
