When I signed up for National Do Not Call Registry, I meant NO CALLS from telemarketers at all. That means no pre-recorded messages also, no calls at all from these people. How can Pre-recorded messages be excluded from this. They are still a nusence that I don't want and I'm sure that all those other folks that signed up would agree. Pre-recorded or not, they are still a call from a telemarketer.
