PLEASE do not make these changes to the "Do Not Call" Regulations. My family has enjoyed peace and quiet every evening during dinner since the "Do Not Call" regulations went into affect. We were receiving 6 to 8 calls per evening from telemarketers. Please do not change the regulations to allow telemarketers pre-recorded messages to be sent to us. These are the calls that were the most annoying. These are the calls we want to avoid. Why would you want to allow the very calls that the "Do Not Call" regulations have eliminated. Sounds as if you people a caving in to Voice Mail Broadcasting. Please do not let this happen.
