|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:This is a blatent attempt to circumvent a policy that has made millions in this country very happy. I for one am glad that to not receive calls from telemarketers, and I will not go back to being hassled. If this passes, I know that I, for one, will simply cease to answer any calls I do not recognize. Why do you insist on irritating the citizens who you are supposed to protect, and for whom you work? Get a clue; we do not like telemarketing, in any form. Companies should just stop their whining and find a better way to market. Maybe if they had a product worth buying, we would seek them out.
