Re Docket Id.- RIN3084-0098 Subject:Trade Regulation Rule on telemarketing Sales I am definitely opposed to this amendment as this would allow telemarketeers unlimited access to our home phones once again and would , for all practical purposes, negate the original intent of the Telemarketing Sales Act. The law as it now stands is accomplishing what it was intended to do and should not be altered except,if possible, to make it more restrictive.
