I would like to say that I am against the ability of companies to sidestep or bypass the do-not-call list by calling with a pre-recorded telephone message. In fact, I would like to go one step further, and ask that greater restrictions be placed on pre-recorded telephone solicitation. If a live human being calls me, I can ask them easily to remove me from their list and not call me. In the case of automated systems or pre-recorded messages, this is not neccessarily easy or even possible. This is the telephone equivalent of email spam, and it is totally unnacceptable. thank you.
