No I do not want telemarketers to be able to contact me with prerecorded messages. I do not want telemarketers to be able to contact me at all. If I get a prerecorded message, I will only hangup without listening to the message. It is my understanding that my phone will be tied up until this message is finished. I do not want that either. Leave things the way they are now. I feel it is my right not to be harrassed by telemarketers with products I have no interest in.
