My understanding was that the DO NOT CALL list was to allow interested partcipants to no longer receive telemareting calls. I sincerely feel that opening this loophole will defeat the entire purpose of the directory. I am well aware that I have the option to hang up, but I strongly feel that these damn pre-recorded calls will be as much of an infringement as the calls received BEFORE the DNC went into effect. There is enough spam on the internet. Who needs it again on their phone??? PLEASE DO NOT LET IT HAPPEN!!
