This is outrageous! The Do NOT Call List should not permit ANY telemarketing call EVER. Creating this loophole seriously undermines the usefullness of the Do NOT Call List. I am appealing to the FTC to protect MY rights as a US citizen. Do not allow telemarkets any access, under any conditions, to contact me via the Do NOT Call List. Thank you!
