To allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers is just what we do not want. The do not call list is just that DO NOT CALL I for one will not buy any things from any one that make a call to me when I am on the DO CALL LIST. This just a way of breaking the rules that were set up. WHY would any one come up with this program and why are they working for the Tax payers???
