The entire point of the national do not call list was to minimize intrusive marketing calls to the home. This loop hole is directly counter to that goal. I strongly feel that this is a BAD IDEA, and would greatly decrease the effectiveness of one of the few directly positive government initiatives in recent years. No, no, no to this ammendment of the "Telemarketing Sales Rule".
