Dear FTC: Please do NOT weaken in any way the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Do not allow this weakening of the rule to allow prerecorded messages. If anything, the rule should be strengthened to prohibit to prohibit unsolicitied phone call even from those with a "pre-existing" business relationship unless the phone call relates directly to an outstanding business order, not just to sell additional services.
