Comments:
The Do Not Call Registry should NOT be revised to allow prerecorded messages. Unwanted marketing-related phone calls are disruptive, are an unwanted intrusion, and are highly aggravating. Revising the Registry to allow prerecorded messages would be a major retrogression, subjecting people once again to an onslaught of onerous and burdensome phone calls.
