Please do NOT open the Do Not Call list to recorded messages. I understand the messages would be sent only to those customers currently doing business with a company, but there is too much room for abuse. I am on the the List, but I receive plenty of suspect messages and other solicitations, many of them recorded. If I were to object to such messages, there would be no way for me to do so, as there would be/is no human being on the line to whom to object. I urge you to protect the privacy of those of us who do not want to be solicited and EXPAND the protection of the Do Not Call list so that the suspect "charities" who now call me at impossibly inconvenient hours be prohibited to do so. I estimate that only about 50% of the non-profits who currently call my number are, in fact, bone fide charities; the rest are obvious scams. So, please protect and expand the rights of privacy currently awarded by the No Call List. Thank you, Chip Lee,   Boulder, CO
