Please do not allow this proposed loop hole. All telemarketing calls are intrusive whether they are initiated by man or machine. I have experienced computer generated calls that are for the wrong person, that have tied up my line as they do not disconnect and that call repeatedly after the initial hang up. I do not wish to be on anybodies call list including those businesses with which I have an existing relationship. When I receive a call from a business with whom I already have a relationship, I currently ask them not to call again. So far, they have all complied. If a call is a computer generated message, how do I get off their list? Will I be forced to sit through their entire recording and then have to follow directions to have my name and number removed? I believe that these calls will be even more intrusive than they were before the National Do Not Call List was created. Please, please, please do not allow this to happen. Sincerely, Sheila Zurmuhlen
