Comments:
I am opposed to a change in the current do not call protocol which would allow recorded messages, etc. When checking phone messages remotely from a cell phone, I do not want to use costly cellular minutes on a non-solicited phone message. Likewise, I am opposed to the politician phone messages which were slipped into the do not call legislation.
