If you open up the loophole to allow telemarketers to call my house with a pre-recorded message, i would be outraged and feel very violated. I was thankful that I did not have to deal with the telemarketers with the creation of the "Do not call" list. Please do not make a mistake and open it up for pre-recorded messages.
