Comments:
I protest any changes being made that will allow my private home phone to be used in any way to solicit me or my family. These electronic messages are a nuisance and I cannot hang up or disconnect them in anyway until they are completed. Not to mention that there is not a person on the line to which I can request that my number be eliminated from their calling list. I cannot use my own phone for which I pay the bill until the message is complete. Keep the telemarketers whether a person or electronic out of my home. DO NOT CHANGE THE RULES THAT WILL ALLOW TELEMARKETERS ELECTRONIC OR OTHERWISE TO CALL ME...!!
