I am against any change to the "Do Not Call" list. Even with my name on this list I have been receiving 3-10 calls per day in violation of the current rules. Most of these callers are using "spoofed" caller ID identification. Many of these "spoofed" calls are already using automated dialers that hang-up after you answer, when their calling software finds you on the "Do Not Call" list. Some telemarketers are using fake "surveys" to get information, that they then use to send "junk" mail.
