Comments:
The proposal to allow automated telemartketing calls without the need for human interaction otehr than the recipient of the call is outrageous. This is exactly the opposite of the purpose of the Do Not Call list in the first place. Additionally, opening up the list that was intended for Do Not Call list and using it for other purposeses is illegal, unethical and a violation of privacy. Additionally the new rule would allow a loophole of one company who does business with me as a consumer can obtain clients of other services and products and the company who is permitted to call me via a machine will then be capable of calling me several times a day with different products and services form otehr companies and making a profit while doing so.
