I am strongly opposed to your considering changes to the 'Do Not Call' regulations. It will create a 'perfect storm', indeed. My private home has been virtually free from the daily harassment that barraged my space before the current rules were established. DO NOT CHANGE THEM!!!!!!!! The loophole you give these INVADERS of my private space will absolutely be flaunted. I am an educated and savy consumer who can make my own decisions without someone else telling me what I need or what I should buy. Thank you.
