I am absolutley OPPOSED to opening a loophole of ANY kind at this time or any future time to be 'telemarketed', whether in person, or by electronic means, including voice mail, e-mail, or answering machine. What is the purpose of this SPAM anyway? I believe Americans have ENJOYED two years of peace and quiet, and I have to believe not ONE person in this country misses telemarketing calls!
