Please do not allow telemarketers to invade my home. "Prior business relationship" is the problem. If they had a "relationship" with me, they would know how/when to contact me and would not need a telemarketer to contact me, but perhaps this is too logical. My concern is that technology will exploit this loophole causing me to unplug my phone while at home, or to screen every call. Why must I have a defensive strategy for my telephone? Don't do it.
