What part of "Do Not Call" do you not understand? When arthritis and other ailments make it difficult and/or painful to get up to answer a call and it is a telemarketer, one is predisposed to be angry. This is outrageous, that we must be bombarded by unwanted calls after we have said NO. The ones done by machine are even worse as you cannot hang up - it stays connected until the message is done. If I want a service, I will call the bank or other institution I use to get it. You are opening a door that will be misused and create another beaurocracy to waste our money.
