Comments:
The whole point of having a national Do Not Call registry is so that we are protected against calls from telemarketers. Allowing telemarketers to deliver pre-recorded messages is exactly the sort of activity that I did not want to see happening when I registered all of my phone numbers on the Do Not Call registry. I am strongly against opening up the registry for this sort or any other type of marketing activity.
