Pre-recorded calls, are the WORST type of calls to get. Be it from the do-not-call list, or any others. When you get these calls, all your rights to tell the party at the other end that you do not wish to be called anymore, and to be placed on their do not call lists, are removed. If anything, ALL recorded calls to anyone, for any reason, should be banned. Nothing is more annoying than not being able to tell them to leave you alone.
