Please do not open _any_ new capabilities to telemarketers. I do not want telemarketers calling me at _all_, and I'll bet this is true of an overwhelming majority of participants in the Do-not-call participants. and even folks that have not signed up for DNC yet. Telemarketers have no need to invade the privacy of U.S. citizens at all. I am only in favor of proposals that _remove_ capabilities from the telemarketers that harass and invade our lives.
