This amendment is absurd. It goes against the entire idea of the "DO NOT CALL LIST." It will make it next to impossible for a consumer to manage privacy in a household if one had to specifically tell every business one has a relationship with to not call them with a pre-recorded message. It fundamentally goes against the entire point of the DO NOT CALL list, and is a malicious and backwards amendment.
