Unbelievable that is all I can say. Changing the rules on the do not call list to allow "prerecorded message telemarketing" is just unbelievable. The original do-not-call list should also include charities and political ads as I am really tired of these also. Do not go backwards in time and allow for these prerecorded messages. It is totally unreal of you to even consider this. I will be contacting my congressman shortly to let him know that this can not be allowed. DO NOT allow these "prerecorded messages." This is an abombination.
