How can this amendment possibly benefit the majority of people affected by it? I am still harassed, yes harassed, by incoming pre-recorded calls on a daily basis from Credit Card Companies and telemarketers in general. I don't want these calls. I don't need these calls. But without unplugging my phone completely, they keep coming. In what way can these current calls be seen as beneficial to me! Now you want to make it EASIER for them to call me! Thanks a lot!
