Dear FTC, I signed up for the "Do Not Call List" in order to avoid the continuous harassment from unsolicited sales calls. I find it egregious that there is a proposal to allow pre-recorded calls to be made to individuals on this list, even if I have a prior business relationship with an entity. Why should my credit card be free to call me at home to offer me a new program? My local phone company should pay attention: should this change in regulations take place, I am ready to cancel my local telephone service. Best regards, afm
