The whole purpose of the DO NOT CALL list is just that, DO NOT CALL. I didnt put myself on the list in hopes I would get phone calls, I put myself on the list to make sure NO ONE would call. Pre-recorded messages are no different, its a telemarketing phone call, pre-recorded doesnt make it any less annoying. My phone number is private and unlisted and they still can get it and annoy me at all hours of the night and day. Since its unlisted and unpublished it is NOT publically available and therefore no one has the right to call it unless I specifically give them that right. Your not going to use this as a business opportunity to make money which is obviously what is going on, all the telemarketers are drooling at the bit to get a hold of that list and would probably pay nicely to see it. Dont be a pansy, we do not want any loopholes, keep it as DO NOT CALL period.
