Comments:
Do not allow telemarkers to subvert the do not call list by sending me pre-recorded messages. Pre-recorded messages are the worst form of telemarketing because such low-cost-fully-automated systems encourage larger-scale shotgunning to an uninterested audience. As an active voter, I would be deeply disappointed in the FTC and this administration if it were to allow this amendment.
