The proposed amendment would allow exactly the kind of 'telemarketing' that led most consumers to sign up for the Do Not Call list in the first place. Invasive, unwanted marketing is the bane of society. Please, remember who you work for and why the Do Not Call list is so successful. Do not allow this amendment.
